Bailey specializes in luxury adventure travel and creating thoughtfully curated journeys that bring together beautiful places, meaningful experiences, and a sense of adventure. Her love of travel began early and led her to live in 10 states and two countries before turning 30. As a child, she would make posters and PowerPoints to convince her parents where they should go next. That passion never faded, eventually becoming a career helping others create their own unforgettable journeys.

Bailey has a particular passion for adventure travel, from African safaris and international horseback riding trips to backcountry hiking and multi-day treks. She loves experiencing a destination actively and immersively. Her specialties also include ski trips, yachting, and golf getaways. She enjoys finding the perfect balance between adventure and comfort, whether that means an unforgettable safari, a day on the slopes, a horseback ride through a new landscape, or a hidden gem that becomes a favorite family memory.

Based in Bozeman, Montana, Bailey travels frequently for both work and pleasure, continually discovering new destinations and building relationships with trusted partners around the world.
