Candice comes to Accomplished after a long career in the restaurant industry, owning and operating full-service restaurant concepts with her husband. She seeks out the best restaurants and wine bars in any destination, and is always looking for the perfect Negroni. So far, the best is the one she makes herself.
Candice has a special place in her heart for Italy, but shares the love with France, England, Spain, Portugal, well, all of Europe really! She is a firm believer that travel is essential, that it makes us all better humans.
While there are still many travel destinations on her bucket list, she is happiest at home with her family. She can be found at the beach, walking her dogs, or watching episodes of her favorite cooking shows – scouting recipes for her husband to make for her.
Candice is mom to 4 kids, 1 grandson, and 2 pups. When not traveling she can also be found in the stands of a baseball or basketball game, cheering on her sons.

My first trip to Italy, which was my first international trip. It was on this trip that the seed was planted for me to want to pursue a career in travel. Though this trip was awesome, I knew it could have been better. I knew that there had to be resources out there that could have helped me plan and execute better. Knowledge on the best hotels for our budget, the most reliable transportation, quality tours and excursions, the most authentic restaurants, and so much more. Having access to these resources now, as a travel advisor, along with a team of fellow advisors that collaborates with shared knowledge allows me to better plan beautiful trips for others, and myself...my dream job.
Before you travel, read a book set in your travel destination. It's fun to get a feel for the place before you arrive.
I have a small wallet that I purchased in Italy that I use only when I travel. I keep leftover foreign currencies there for the next trip. I keep only things in it that I will need for my trip, nothing extra. It's a small way to step out of the everyday habits and prepare for the next adventure.
I cannot say enough great things about Candice!
